Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Leadership: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Database Management: Design and optimize complex database schemas and queries to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- API Integration: Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployment of features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
