Job Description
Are you ready to architect the blueprint for the future?
At Aether Dynamics, we are not just building software; we are engineering the infrastructure that will define the 2026 era. We are looking for a visionary Senior Future Systems Architect to lead our high-impact projects in AI integration, quantum computing, and sustainable energy tech.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ahead of the curve. Join a team that is redefining the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Design the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for next-generation systems, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the mid-2020s landscape.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate complex concepts into actionable technical blueprints.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to sustainable, energy-efficient server architectures and high-performance computing clusters.
- Innovation Strategy: Identify emerging technologies—such as neural interfaces and advanced AI algorithms—and integrate them into our core product stack.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and mentor junior architects to foster a culture of excellence.
- Disaster Recovery: Design and implement robust failover systems to ensure 99.999% uptime for critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML integration, edge computing, and quantum computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving high-stakes architectural challenges under tight deadlines.
