Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Architect and define the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence, code quality, and continuous innovation.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architectures capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- R&D Integration: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for breakthrough technologies, evaluating their feasibility for production deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of system performance, ensuring zero downtime and sub-millisecond latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of functional and object-oriented paradigms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving projects from conception to delivery.
