Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological trends, market shifts, and disruptive forces with 3-5 year foresight
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for multiple future outcomes
- Partner with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Published thought leadership or recognized industry speaker
