Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Vision framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Author strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content on future technology paradigms
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Establish KPIs to track emerging technology adoption and impact metrics
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation challenges
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Social Sciences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and technology roadmapping projects
