- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation portfolio success

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies in Fortune 500 settings
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
