Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable generative model architectures, including Transformers and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance knowledge accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous testing for model bias, safety, and alignment with human values.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical capabilities into user-centric AI features.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest advancements in the AI landscape, specifically focusing on 2026 trends.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) building and deploying production-level AI models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including tokenization, embeddings, and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
