Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues across diverse client environments
- Design and implement secure network solutions using AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine IT operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT infrastructure projects
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs
- Mentor junior IT staff through knowledge sharing sessions
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware)
- Certifications required: CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
