Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and cloud systems
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute disaster recovery protocols and system maintenance windows
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during system outages
- Conduct security vulnerability assessments and patch deployments
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for client-facing platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with night shift experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, Cisco networking, and Windows Server
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex multi-layer systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Alaska driver's license for on-call emergencies
