Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and maintain enterprise systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Provide Tier 3/4 support for complex cloud infrastructure and network issues
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams on incident response and disaster recovery drills
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Maintain SLAs with 99.9% system uptime and sub-15-minute response times
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with 2+ years in night shift operations
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications
- Expertise in Linux/Windows server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Datadog
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CCNP or equivalent network certification preferred
