Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise systems via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and resolve critical infrastructure issues during overnight hours
- Collaborate with global IT teams during handover periods
- Document all incidents, changes, and resolutions in ITSM platforms
- Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities
- Train junior support staff on escalation protocols
- Maintain security compliance for all access and troubleshooting activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Available to work 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with rotating weekends
- Ability to work in high-pressure, low-traffic environments
