Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, servers, and network systems during overnight shifts
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex IT issues across global platforms
- Execute system patching, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated incidents
- Document all maintenance activities and incident reports with precision
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expert-level certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server administration and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios, Datadog)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex cloud and hybrid environments
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
