Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for SaaS platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Mentor junior designers through regular design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders using compelling visual narratives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Slack, Jira)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven design approach
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing accessibility-compliant designs (WCAG 2.1)
