Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and create data-driven design solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain brand consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Product)
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Analyze user behavior metrics to iterate on design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Proficient in design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Remote work experience preferred
