Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including persona development and journey mapping
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Present design strategies and rationale to executive stakeholders
- Stay current with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles
- Certification in UX Research or related field (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for remote collaboration
- Portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and visual storytelling
