Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for enterprise-level SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and reduce friction
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders using compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals for design implementation
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with remote team collaboration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on business metrics
