Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise-level web applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma/Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture documentation
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve digital experiences
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critique sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex design systems and user research methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
