Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and translate user research into actionable design solutions
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web/mobile products
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design system across multiple product lines
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with 2+ years in fintech
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product solutions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Experience with agile methodologies and designOps
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
