Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web/mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency
- Contribute to design team mentorship and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Background in design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
