Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design processes from ideation to implementation
- Create user-centered designs for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams via agile methodologies
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
