Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and create user-centered solutions for complex B2B products
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and establish design system standards
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with SaaS or enterprise applications
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
