Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable frontend and backend solutions using modern technologies like React and Node.js.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and SOLID principles.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time and with high quality.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- CI/CD Implementation: Maintain and improve our deployment pipelines and automated testing environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
