Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues across cloud and on-premise systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for 500+ remote employees
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead migration projects for enterprise software solutions
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and networking
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or CISSP preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
