Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including VPN connectivity, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and security protocols
- Document all ticket resolutions in CRM systems with detailed technical notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure upgrades
- Develop training materials for internal IT knowledge base
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for critical client systems
- Lead disaster recovery testing and cybersecurity drills
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with remote work exposure
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+, Active Directory, and SCCM
- Proficient in Jira, Zendesk, and enterprise monitoring tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex multi-layered issues
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Experience with HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
