Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through high-volume cold calling and email outreach.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using Salesforce CRM effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high customer retention rates.
- Track sales activities and update reports daily for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or remote sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a strong plus).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
