Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Remote Collaboration: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives via video conferencing tools.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides to facilitate seamless remote onboarding and operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Technology Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Remote Work Skills: Proven track record of successfully working in a remote-first environment with strong self-discipline and communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
