Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Atlanta and globally to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and security standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production problems in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database management (SQL or NoSQL).
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a 100% Remote work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and time management.
