Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers in the New York and El Paso offices to define features and technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure best practices.
- Optimize database performance, API response times, and overall application speed.
- Debug complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a distributed environment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
