Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Python and JavaScript.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Document technical processes and architecture to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in a remote environment.
- Strong availability to work night shift hours (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM EST).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
