Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions for our global clients.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while optimizing application performance and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fully remote Agile environment.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation and API specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Technologies: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control (Git).
