Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 support for enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols
- Document detailed troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct technical training sessions
- Monitor system health using tools like Nagios, Splunk, and ServiceNow
- Develop automation scripts for recurring technical tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level technical support experience
- Expert knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Cisco CCNA) preferred
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis methodology
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ConnectWise)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
