Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone during the night shift hours (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system accurately and concisely.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of critical tickets and ongoing projects.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate solutions to complex queries.
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and quality assurance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift without direct supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
