Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Drive adoption of best practices in security and scalability
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Proven track record of leading full development lifecycles
- Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
