Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software solutions for high-traffic web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to define product requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure robust security protocols.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a remote-first culture.
