- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and security audits to ensure system resilience.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure migrations and modernization initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a focus on backend architecture.
