Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to US-based customers via phone, email, and chat during the night shift hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote and on-premise systems.
- Log all support interactions and resolutions accurately into the ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Triage and escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 engineering teams promptly.
- Document new troubleshooting procedures and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT) by resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and web browsers.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network issues and hardware peripherals.
- Fluent in English with professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
