Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical interactions and customer issues in our CRM system.
- Configure and set up remote workstations for new hires to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and product functionality.
- Analyze recurring technical problems and propose long-term solutions to prevent future escalations.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary while keeping the customer informed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service roles.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) with occasional evening availability.
