Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS platforms, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user interviews and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Create accessible, responsive designs that meet WCAG 2.1 standards
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility principles, and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
