Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for SaaS platforms and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create journey mapsDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions
- Maintain and evolve design systems across multiple products
- Analyze user data to identify improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
