Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and clients
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies including usability testing and persona development
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
