As a key member of our Core Architecture team, you will define the rendering pipelines and interaction models for the next generation of spatial experiences. You will work directly with top-tier engineers and designers to push the boundaries of what is possible in a mixed-reality environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement the core rendering and graphics engine for the 2026 Vision OS platform, ensuring high performance and visual fidelity.
- Spatial Graphics: Optimize geometry processing and shader code to deliver 120fps experiences on high-fidelity spatial displays.
- Interaction Systems: Develop robust hand-tracking and eye-tracking algorithms to enable natural, intuitive user interactions.
- Collaboration: Partner with UX researchers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into seamless, human-centric interfaces.
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks in complex 3D scenes and implement scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on graphics programming or spatial computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in C++, Swift, and Metal or Vulkan.
- Frameworks: Experience with ARKit, ARCore, or Apple's Vision Pro development environment is highly desired.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex graphics issues and optimize rendering pipelines.
