Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning business goals with engineering capabilities.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects and engineers to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) relevant to our 2026 vision.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and performance in future-proof systems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate technical vision and secure necessary resources.
- Mentor senior staff to foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML integration and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
