Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to articulate a clear, long-term vision for the organization, identifying key opportunities and threats for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct rigorous macro-economic and technological analysis to forecast market shifts, ensuring our roadmap remains competitive and relevant.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department heads to prioritize initiatives, aligning budget and talent with the most critical strategic goals for the upcoming years.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to C-suite executives and board members, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Agile Strategy Execution: Adapt long-term strategic plans to accommodate real-time market changes while maintaining the integrity of the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Insight: Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change and defining long-term product or company roadmaps.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize large amounts of data and market intelligence into actionable strategic insights.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
