Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via chat, email, and phone during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for a diverse client base.
- Document customer interactions, solutions, and technical details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical queries accurately.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Technical Certificate preferred.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
