Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Customer Communication: Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and manage all support tickets in the CRM system accurately.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and development teams to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
