Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with global support teams during escalation scenarios
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical infrastructure systems
- Conduct proactive system monitoring and maintenance
- Mentor junior support staff during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT customer support or help desk environment
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, security, and application issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Hawaii driver's license for occasional on-site visits
