- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with editors to resolve discrepancies in complex terminology
- Stay updated on industry-specific vocabulary and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology (specialized certification preferred)
- Minimum 80 WPM typing speed with exceptional accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of ExpressScribe and Dragon NaturallySpeaking
- Ability to manage tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Proven track record in handling sensitive/confidential materials
