- Utilize advanced transcription software and AI-assisted tools efficiently
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to resolve formatting and content discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for sensitive healthcare documents
- Participate in quarterly training to stay updated on industry terminology
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, or similar platforms
- Strong command of medical terminology or legal terminology (specialized roles available)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
