- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless weekend coverage.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new remote team members during orientation.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a modern computer.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
