Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email & chat within 15 minutes
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions in CRM system with 99% data quality
- Collaborate with tech team to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs: 95% satisfaction, 20+ calls/day
- Train on new products/services quarterly
- Participate in team improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Typing speed: 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Zendesk/Microsoft Teams
- Quiet home office with high-speed internet
- Ability to work independently & self-manage
- Strong problem-solving & conflict resolution skills
